Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage store operations, inventory control, material movement, and documentation activities. The candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP, Advanced Excel, and warehouse/store management within a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inward and outward movement of raw materials and finished goods.
Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), invoices, and E-Way Bills.
Perform inventory management, stock monitoring, and material reconciliation.
Conduct physical stock verification and support periodic audits.
Generate and maintain store-related documents and reports in SAP.
Ensure accurate recording of stock transactions and inventory updates.
Coordinate with production, purchase, and logistics teams for smooth material flow.
Handle store manpower and ensure proper housekeeping and storage practices.
Prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Excel.
Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.

Qualification
Graduate, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

Preferred Experience
1–4 years of experience in Stores, Warehouse, or Inventory Management in FMCG, Hygiene, or Manufacturing industries.
