A Safety Trainer is responsible for educating employees on workplace safety practices, legal compliance, and emergency procedures to reduce accidents and ensure a secure working setting.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct safety induction and orientation programs.
Deliver training on workplace hazards and risk assessment.
Teach the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Train employees on fire safety, emergency response, and evacuation procedures.
Conduct toolbox talks and refresher training sessions.
Maintain training records and compliance documentation.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and practical demonstrations.
Keep training content updated with current safety regulations and industry standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
