Job Summary

SAP PM Consultant Sr

Design, configure and support SAP Plant Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management processes for reliable and compliant asset operations.
Lead workshops for technical objects, notifications, work orders, preventive maintenance, planning, scheduling and execution.
Configure equipment, functional locations, task lists, maintenance plans, order types, permits, confirmations and settlement.
Define integration with MM, FI/CO, HR/time, PP, QM, mobile solutions and external maintenance systems.

Key Responsibilities
Lead workshops for technical objects, notifications, work orders, preventive maintenance, planning, scheduling and execution.
Configure equipment, functional locations, task lists, maintenance plans, order types, permits, confirmations and settlement.
Define integration with MM, FI/CO, HR/time, PP, QM, mobile solutions and external maintenance systems.
Prepare functional designs, configuration documents, test scripts and operational procedures.




Support technical-object and maintenance master-data migration, testing, cutover and reconciliation.
Resolve defects and support go-live stabilization with maintenance and engineering teams.
Advise on standardization, asset performance reporting and maintenance controls.

Skill Requirements
SAP PM/EAM consulting experience with end-to-end project delivery.
Robust knowledge of technical objects, notifications, orders, preventive maintenance and maintenance planning.
Integration experience with MM, CO, time confirmation and mobile/field processes.
Ability to lead workshops, write functional specifications and manage testing.
Robust understanding of maintenance operations and master data.
