Job Role
We are hiring experienced Senior Maintenance Technicians for plant maintenance operations in a heavy engineering/manufacturing environment. Candidates should have robust hands-on experience in machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Handling breakdown maintenance of plant machinery
Troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues
Performing preventive & predictive maintenance (PPM) activities
Maintenance of EOT Cranes and Conveyor systems
Servicing Hydraulic Presses and Pneumatic systems
Conducting root cause analysis (RCA) for machine failures
Following plant safety procedures, 5S, and LOTO standards
Minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth production operations
Eligibility CriteriaExperience
Minimum 3+ years of experience in:
Heavy Engineering
Automotive Manufacturing
Industrial Plant Maintenance
Required Skills
Hydraulic systems maintenance
Pneumatic systems troubleshooting
Conveyor maintenance & tracking
Electrical fault finding
Reading electrical schematics & engineering drawings
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
