Job Title: Architectural Draftsman

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural working drawings, layout plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
Develop and coordinate MEP drawings.
Prepare and review structural drawings in coordination with structural consultants.
Prepare municipal approval drawings and submission drawings as per local authority requirements.
Create and modify electrical drawings including lighting, power, and wiring layouts.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, site engineers, and project teams for drawing execution.
Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with site conditions.
Maintain drawing revisions, documentation, and records systematically.




Prepare as-built drawings and update drawings based on site modifications.
Assist execution teams with technical detailing and drawing clarifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s / Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Draftsmanship
Min 5 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory
Relevant certifications in design software are an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
