Who Can Apply?

Minimum 1 year of experience in:
Loan Against Property (LAP)
Micro LAP
Secured Business Loans
Mortgage Loans

Experience in Banks, NBFCs, or Housing Finance Companies

Graduate in any discipline

Age: 25–32 years

CIBIL Score: 650 or above

Your Role




Acquire new customers through field sales and direct sourcing.
Build referral networks with DSAs, property brokers, chartered accountants, and local business owners.
Handle the complete loan journey—from lead generation to documentation and disbursement.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
