Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound customer calls
Explain products and services to potential customers
Generate leads and maintain customer databases
Follow up with customers and schedule appointments
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Maintain call records and update CRM systems
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets




Coordinate with internal teams for customer support
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Ensure skilled communication standards

Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduation preferred
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
Ability to handle customer conversations confidently
