Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects.
Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Perform quantity take-offs and prepare accurate BOQs.
Prepare and verify RIB bills and other project billing documentation.
Prepare rate analysis, cost comparisons, and tender submissions.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
Ensure compliance with KIFB standards and tender requirements.
Support project execution teams by providing cost-related information.
Maintain estimation records and update cost databases.
Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Estimation Engineer.
Experience in KIFB projects is mandatory.
Experience in RIB bill preparation is mandatory.
