We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Agri Marketing & Sales Executive to promote and sell our agricultural products, including bio-fertilisers and animal nutrition solutions. The role involves both field marketing and sales activities, building strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell agricultural products to farmers, dealers, and distributors
Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and awareness campaigns
Identify new business prospects and expand market presence
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collect market feedback and competitor insights
Submit daily/weekly sales and activity reports
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or related field
Good communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel and work in field areas
Basic knowledge of agricultural products and practices
Freshers are welcome
Preferred Skills:
Sales and marketing skills
Knowledge of bio-fertilizers or agri-inputs
Ability to interact effectively with farmers
Languages Required:
Tamil
