Job Summary:
Responsible for providing protected and effective nursing care during surgical procedures, assisting the surgical team, maintaining OT standards, and ensuring compliance with infection control and patient safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist surgeons and anaesthesia team during surgical procedures.
Prepare OT, instruments, equipment, and surgical supplies before procedures.
Perform scrub and circulating duties as assigned.
Maintain strict aseptic and infection control practices.
Ensure proper counting of instruments, needles, and surgical items.
Monitor patient condition and assist in pre- and post-operative care.
Maintain OT records, checklists, and documentation.
Ensure availability and proper functioning of OT equipment and supplies.
Guide and supervise junior OT nursing staff.
Coordinate with surgeons, anaesthetists, technicians, and other departments.
Follow hospital policies, NABH standards, and patient safety protocols.
Minimum 3–5 years of OT experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
