Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing deals to meet revenue targets. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator who excels at understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively source new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Client Consultation: Evaluate customer needs, understand their business requirements, and recommend appropriate products/services.
Pitching & Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging product presentations and tailored pitches to prospective clients.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and annual quotas.
Relationship Management: Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Reporting:



Update and maintain accurate records in CRM software and track sales performance metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
Experience: 1- 2 Years
Proven track record of success in B2B or B2C sales.
Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and persuasive negotiation skills.
Tech Literacy: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
Attributes: Highly self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently or in a team.
