Role: SaaS Sales & Growth Intern – Ontime Key Responsibilities1. Daily ICP Mapping & Lead Generation
Identify and shortlist 20 ideal customers (ICP) every day through LinkedIn
Focus on:
Software development companies
Digital agencies
Engineering service teams
IT service companies
10–25 member teams
Collect:
Founder/Manager name
Company name
LinkedIn profile
Contact details
Team size
Industry
Demo Booking & Product Introduction
Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn and other channels
Explain Ontime briefly
Schedule product demos with decision makers
Conduct basic product walkthrough/demo
Follow up with interested leads

Skills Required
Valuable communication skills
Basic understanding of SaaS products
Comfortable speaking with founders and managers




LinkedIn research skills
Interest in sales and business development
