Qualification: HSC / Graduate
Language Requirement: Fluent Gujarati, Hindi & basic English
Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
Handle customer inquiries related to vehicle sales, service, insurance, and offers.
Generate leads and schedule showroom visits or service appointments.
Follow up with customers for pending inquiries, quotations, and feedback.
Maintain accurate customer data and update CRM records.
Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer requirements.
Achieve daily calling targets and lead conversion goals.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain qualified communication.
Excellent communication skills in Gujarati.
Experience in an Automobile Dealership or customer service/calling process will be preferred.
