Job Title: Barista

Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee, maintain cleanliness, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
Welcome customers, take orders, and provide menu recommendations.
Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, POS systems, and other café equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and seating areas.
Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.
Follow food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.




Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a barista or in food & beverage service is preferred.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso preparation is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
