Physics Expert is a leading online tuition platform dedicated to providing quality education to students across Kerala. We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and organized Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall day-to-day operations of Physics Expert.
Handle student enquiries and leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels whenever required.
Coordinate with the telecalling team and support them during staff shortages.
Monitor student admissions, fee payments, and payment confirmations.
Ensure online tuition classes are conducted smoothly and resolve any operational issues.
Coordinate with teachers, students, and parents to ensure a seamless learning experience.
Track daily activities and maintain operational reports.
Identify problems proactively and ensure timely resolution.
Support the management team in improving operational efficiency and student satisfaction.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam. Basic English communication is preferred.
Robust organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and take ownership of responsibilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Basic computer and internet proficiency.
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualification
Any Bachelor's Degree.
Experience in Operations, Administration, Customer Support, or Education/EdTech is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and leadership potential may also apply.
