Overview:

The Order Management Executive ensures seamless end-to-end order fulfilment by coordinating with internal teams and logistics partners to achieve On-Time Delivery (OTD). This role, part of the supply chain function, focuses on ensuring a positive customer delivery experience through proactive problem-solving and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing: Process recent orders as per SOPs, resolve procurement issues, and escalate as required.
Delivery Management: Track in-transit orders, handle last-mile delivery issues, manage exceptions, and coordinate returns.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to logistics and trade regulations, manage DG and restricted items, and generate performance reports.
Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps, update SOPs,



and maintain robust relationships with 3PL and business partners.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Robust problem-solving and analytical ability.
Effective communication and collaboration across teams.
Must have hands-on experience in logistics & Excel (including data organization & formulas).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
