Job Overview:
We are looking for a result-oriented Relationship Executive / Sales Executive to manage in office developments, broker networks, and sales generation.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Site Supervision: Monitor daily in office development activities and manage site visits.
2) Broker Relations: Connect with local brokers and channel partners to boost leads.
3) Sales & Conversions: Pitch projects to prospective clients and close sales deals.
4) Collections: Coordinate follow-ups and ensure timely recovery of client payments.
Requirements:
Experience: Fresher and 1–3 years in Real Estate, Sales, or Field Business Development.
Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship building.
