Job Description

Responsible for end-to-end technical planning, execution, coordination, and timely completion of Interior & MEP projects. Manage site teams, contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients while ensuring quality, safety, cost, and schedule compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete Interior Fit-Out & MEP execution at site.
Coordinate Civil, Interior, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & ELV works.
Review drawings, BOQ, specifications, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
Monitor project schedule, manpower, materials, quality, and productivity.
Resolve technical issues and coordinate with consultants/clients for approvals.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards and approved specifications.
Manage testing, commissioning,



snagging, and final project handover.
Lead and supervise engineers, supervisors, contractors, and site teams.
Prepare progress reports and ensure timely project completion.

Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
Key Skills: Project Management, Interior & MEP Coordination, Drawing Reading, Team Management, Quality Control, Client Coordination, MS Excel/AutoCAD.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
