Tele Sales Executive – Job Description

We are looking for a energetic and confident Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, explain our programs/services, and generate admissions/sales through phone calls and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads and explain company programs/services
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales
Maintain customer data and update CRM/records
Handle customer queries professionally
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with the marketing and support team

Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to speak Malayalam and English
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Prior tele sales experience is an added advantage

Solid interpersonal skills
Confidence in handling calls
Quick learner with good follow-up ability

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
