Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct basketball coaching sessions for students across different age groups.
Teach fundamental and advanced basketball techniques, including dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, and game strategies.
Develop students' physical fitness, coordination, agility, endurance, and teamwork.
Identify talented players and prepare them for school tournaments and competitive events.
Organize practice schedules, trials, and intra-school competitions.
Accompany students during inter-school, district, state, and national tournaments.
Ensure the safety of students during practice sessions and competitions.
Maintain basketball equipment, courts, and sports inventory.
Monitor student attendance, progress, and performance records.
Promote discipline, sportsmanship, and fair play among students.
Collaborate with school management to organize annual sports events and extracurricular activities.
Follow school policies related to child safety and student welfare.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) or Master's Degree in Physical Education (M.P.Ed.).
Certification in Basketball Coaching from a recognized sports authority is preferred.




Strong knowledge of basketball rules, techniques, and coaching methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Basketball Coach in a reputed school, academy, or sports institution.
Experience in coaching school teams for competitive tournaments is preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: ₹13,694.04 - ₹35,075.04 per month
