About the Role

Artee Flow Controls Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Proposal Estimation Engineer to join our Gas Detection Systems team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing techno-commercial proposals, studying customer inquiries and tender documents, deriving Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and coordinating with the sales team to deliver accurate and competitive quotations.

Key Responsibilities
Receive customer inquiries and RFQs from the sales team.
Review and understand tender documents, specifications, and customer requirements.
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on project requirements and customer specifications.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals for gas detection systems.
Coordinate with internal departments for technical clarifications and costing.




Prepare cost estimates and support quotation preparation.
Ensure timely submission of proposals while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Maintain proposal documentation and records for future reference.
Support the sales team during pre-bid and post-bid activities, as required.
Technical discussion with customers.
Updating CRM on day-to-day basis
Coordination with Sales team regularly.
Maintaining the costing sheet.
Techno-Commercial discussions with the parent companies.

Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical.
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in proposal engineering, estimation, instrumentation, automation, fire & gas systems, or industrial products are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
