To operate the VMC machine safely and efficiently, produce components as per drawing and required dimensions, and maintain quality, productivity, and machine discipline.

Key Responsibilities
Operate VMC machines as per approved programs and work instructions.
Read and understand engineering drawings and job specifications.
Check raw material, tools, and job identification before machining.
Load and unload components correctly and safely.
Set workholding, tools, offsets, and cutting parameters as instructed.
Run CNC/VMC programs and monitor the machining process.
Check component dimensions using vernier, micrometer, height gauge, and other measuring instruments.
Ensure the first-off component is inspected before continuing production.
Maintain required dimensions, tolerances, surface finish, and quality.
Monitor tool wear and inform the supervisor when tools need replacement.
Stop the machine and report abnormal noise, vibration, tool breakage, or machine problems.
Maintain production and inspection records.
Keep the machine, tools, and work area clean and organized.
Follow 5S,



safety, and PPE requirements.
Minimize material, tool, and machine wastage.
Complete the assigned production quantity within the planned time.
Hand over completed jobs and relevant information to the next shift/operator.

Qualification & Skills
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related trade preferred.
Freshers can be considered with proper training.
Basic knowledge of VMC/CNC machining.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Basic knowledge of measuring instruments.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
Valuable discipline, teamwork, and learning attitude.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
