We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our growing e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally ERP, payment reconciliations, and statutory compliance. This role offers an prospect to work on accounting, finance, and e-commerce operations while ensuring accurate financial records and smooth business processes.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP
Manage purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and bank entries
Perform bank reconciliation and payment reconciliation
Handle e-commerce payment reconciliation (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Prepare GST, TDS, and TCS data and assist in statutory compliance
Maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers,



and financial records
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and CA for accounting and compliance activities
Assist in MIS reports and other accounting-related tasks

Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP (Mandatory)
Positive knowledge of MS Excel
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, TCS, and accounting principles
Valuable analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
