Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure business processes run smoothly

Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Monitor performance metrics and improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability
Coordinate with different departments (sales, procurement, logistics, etc.)
Manage inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships
Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
Prepare reports and present operational updates to senior management
Optimize resource allocation and cost control measures
Lead, train, and supervise operational staff
