Job Summary

We are looking for a GeM Sales Executive who can handle Government E-Marketplace (GeM) operations, generate sales, coordinate with customers, and manage end-to-end order processing. The candidate should have knowledge of GeM portal, quotations, bids, and government procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle daily operations on the GeM Portal.

· Search and participate in bids, RA (Reverse Auction), and direct purchase opportunities.

· Prepare and submit quotations, compliance documents, OEM authorizations, and technical specifications.

· Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal teams for pricing and stock availability.

· Follow up with government departments for order confirmation and dispatch.

· Manage order processing, invoicing, delivery tracking, and payment follow-up.

· Maintain records of bids, orders, and customer communications.

· Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.





Required Skills

· Positive knowledge of GeM Portal

· Understanding of government tendering and procurement

· MS Excel, Word, and email communication

· Robust negotiation and follow-up skills

· Ability to work under deadlines

· Valuable communication in Hindi and English

Preferred Qualification

· Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, MBA preferred)

· Experience in IT, CCTV, Interactive Panels, UPS, Server, or Electronics sales will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

· ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience)
