Key Responsibilities
Take complete ownership of the accounting and finance functions of the FMCG business unit.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Accounting, and Fixed Assets.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Handle financial audits and coordinate with statutory auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and variance analysis for management.
Monitor product costing, inventory valuation, and cost control.
Ensure proper internal financial controls and process improvements.
Manage banking transactions, cash flow planning, and working capital.
Supervise and mentor the accounts team.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.

Qualifications
CA Inter preferred.




Candidates with equivalent accounting knowledge and substantial practical experience will also be considered.
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
M.Com or MBA (Finance) is an added advantage.

Experience
5–10 years of accounting experience.
Minimum 3 years in an FMCG manufacturing or distribution setting.
Experience in handling end-to-end finance operations independently.
Prior experience leading an accounts team is preferred.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
