Machine Setup: Calibrate machines, load programs, and set up tools/raw materials according to blueprints and instructions.
Operation & Monitoring: Oversee machinery during production, adjusting settings as needed to optimize performance.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products using precision tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to verify compliance with specifications.
Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication) and adhere to safety standards (e.g., 5S system) to ensure a clean, secure workspace.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machine errors, tool wear, or programming issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code) and CAD/CAM software.
Measurement Skills: Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
Mathematical Proficiency: Knowledge of geometry and trigonometry for calculations.
Experience: Previous experience as a CNC operator or machinist, or completion of relevant technical training/apprenticeship.
