Job Title: EV QA Software Manager
Location: Chennai
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience:
8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automotive or EV software.
3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing a QA team.
Strong hands-on experience in test automation using CAPL or Python.
In-depth knowledge of automotive protocols such as CAN, LIN, and Ethernet.
Experience with automotive testing tools like CANoe, CANalyzer, and others.
Familiarity with EV systems, including Battery Management Systems (BMS), Inverters, and Powertrain Control Units.
Skills:
Robust programming skills in CAPL and/or Python.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications: ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with model-based testing and tools like MATLAB/Simulink.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
Knowledge of safety standards such as ISO 26262.
