Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams.
Documentation: Maintain records of dispatches, tracking numbers, and delivery confirmations.
Team Management: Train, supervise, and evaluate dispatch staff.
Problem Solving: Handle delays, shortages, or transport issues quickly.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to transport regulations and safety standards.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement efficiency improvements.
Communication: Liaise with sales, production, customer service, carriers, and customers.
