Roles And Responsibility :
Manage daily operations, including opening, closing, cash handling, shift handovers, and front- and back-of-house coordination.
Lead and supervise employees by assigning duties, preparing rosters, monitoring attendance, and ensuring adequate shift coverage.
Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff on customer service, product knowledge, food preparation, hygiene, safety, and company procedures.
Maintain guest satisfaction by monitoring service quality, resolving complaints professionally, and taking corrective action.
Ensure food quality and safety through proper storage, preparation, presentation, temperature control, cleaning, and sanitation.
Manage inventory by conducting stock counts, placing orders, receiving supplies, controlling wastage, and investigating stock variances.
Achieve sales targets by monitoring daily performance, improving upselling, executing promotions, and identifying local business prospects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
