Job Description – Test Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Test Engineer with experience in both Manual and Automation Testing to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with testing tools, defect tracking, and a solid understanding of the Banking and Financial Services domain.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute manual and automated test cases based on project requirements.
Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA.
Ensure adequate test coverage and adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project teams.
Follow up on defect resolution and support test reporting activities.
Contribute to process improvements and testing best practices.

Mandatory Skills:
2+ years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
Experience with Selenium, QTP/UFT,



JMeter, or similar testing tools.
Familiarity with JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent tools.
Valuable understanding of Banking and Financial Services domain.
Solid communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:
Microsoft Playwright experience.
ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent certification.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience working with offshore teams or Japanese clients.
Japanese language proficiency is an added advantage.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
