Job Title: Accounts Executive
Experience Required: 1 to 6 years
Industry Preference: Manufacturing
Software Skills: SAP & TALLY
Location: LB Nagar / Auto Nagar, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (AP):
Process vendor invoices and employee expense claims.
Check purchase orders against goods receipts (3-way matching).
Release timely payments and manage vendor ledger balances.
Accounts Receivable (AR):
Raise customer invoices and track incoming payments.
Follow up with clients for overdue payments.
Reconcile customer accounts regularly.
Bank Reconciliation:
Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations (BRS).
Explicit un-reconciled items and track bank charges.
Taxation (GST & TDS):
Compute and file monthly/quarterly GST returns.
Ensure correct TDS deduction on vendor payments and file TDS returns.




Handle tax reconciliations and support tax audits.
SAP Operations:
Enter financial transactions daily into the SAP system.
Run financial reports as needed by management.

Candidate Requirements
Education: B.Com, M.Com, or MBA (Finance).
Experience: 1 to 6 years in core accounting within a manufacturing setup.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience working in SAP.
Knowledge: Solid grasp of Indian GST and TDS rules.
Soft Skills: Good Excel skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
