Steward – Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Steward to support kitchen and service operations by maintaining cleanliness and ensuring smooth workflow in the food and beverage area.

Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and work areas
Ensure proper storage of cleaned items
Assist kitchen staff with basic preparation tasks when required
Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, and waste disposal areas
Handle garbage disposal and follow hygiene standards
Support the team in maintaining a safe and organized kitchen environment
Refill supplies such as soap, napkins, and cleaning materials

Requirements:
Previous experience as a steward or in a similar role (preferred but not always required)
Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards




Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace
Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift items
Teamwork and positive communication skills

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering services

Personal Traits:
Responsible and punctual
Hardworking and disciplined
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,315.42 - ₹18,000.00 per day
