HIRING | POLITICAL CONSULTANT

We are seeking a Political Consultant to support political strategy, campaign planning, and leadership decision-making for high-impact electoral and public affairs projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop constituency and state-level political strategies
Analyze voter behavior, political trends, and electoral data
Conduct political research and competitor assessments
Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and leadership briefings
Support campaign messaging, narrative building, and outreach planning
Work closely with senior leadership on election and governance initiatives

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in political consulting, public policy, campaign strategy, or political research
Solid analytical, research,



and strategic thinking skills
Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities
Understanding of Maharashtra's political landscape is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced and confidential environment

Language Requirements:
Marathi – Mandatory
Hindi – Mandatory
English – Skilled Proficiency

Candidates with prior experience in election strategy, political advisory, public affairs, or campaign consulting will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
