Pipixel is looking for a Social Media Executive who is creative, camera-friendly, and highly in tune with trends. You’ll be responsible for managing both Pipixel’s and clients’ social media - creating content, appearing in videos, and driving engagement through smart, trend-led execution.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Execution
Plan and create engaging content (Reels, Shorts, Posts)
Shoot and appear in videos (camera-friendly presence required)
Stay updated with trends and quickly adapt them into content
Coordinate with editors/designers for final output

Social Media Management
Manage Pipixel’s own social media accounts
Handle multiple client accounts across platforms
Schedule, post, and maintain consistency
Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages

Strategy & Growth
Identify trending formats, hooks, and ideas
Contribute to content strategy and campaign ideas




Track basic performance metrics and improve content

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in social media/content roles
Robust understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.
Confident and natural on camera
Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
Good sense of trends, aesthetics, and content formats

Valuable to Have
Basic video shooting/editing skills
Experience working with brands/clients
Understanding of personal branding content
