Requirements
2+ years’ experience in the freight forwarding industry, air/sea export experience preferred.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Excellent language & command of English
Detail-oriented and solid follow-up skills
Proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Cargo Wise systems knowledge is a plus
Ensures invoicing of rendered services is completed accurately and in a timeframe consistent with company policy.
Ensure to have accurate and updated customer profiles.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
