Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy: Build and run sales plans to hit booking and revenue targets.
Marketing Leadership: Work with marketing teams on campaigns, project launches, and digital ads.
Channel Partners: Grow and keep solid ties with local brokers, investors, and channel networks.
Market Analysis: Track competitor pricing, buyer needs, and local property shifts.
Operations & Compliance: Oversee the sales funnel from site visits to final closure, ensuring local regulatory alignment.

Job Requirements
Experience: 8 to 15 years of proven real estate sales and marketing background.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Real Estate preferred.
Skills: Solid negotiation, leadership, and data analysis abilities.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
