Core responsibilities include resolving IT incidents, configuring systems, and managing endpoint deployments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite or remote deskside support for hardware, software, and network connections.Install, configure, and image recent computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems alongside Microsoft 365 applications.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets via Active Directory or Azure AD.Log, track, and resolve IT service requests using ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
