Personal Assistant (PA) to Director

Reporting To

Managing Director

Key Responsibilities
Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
Handle incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and business correspondence.
Draft qualified emails, letters, quotations, proposals, and meeting notes.
Coordinate with clients, architects, builders, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
Follow up on ongoing projects, material deliveries, pending tasks, and customer requirements.
Maintain records, files, contracts, project documents, and confidential information.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and presentations.
Track project milestones, payment follow-ups, and service commitments.
Assist in business networking activities, including BNI meetings, events, and follow-ups.
Manage CRM updates, customer databases, and lead tracking.
Organize meetings, conferences, and business events.
Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks and provide regular status updates to the Director.





Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.

Salary

As per experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
