Job Summary
We are looking for a agile and seasoned Business Development Lead for the position of Manager – Business Development. The ideal candidate should have 8 to 12 years of experience in business development, with a solid emphasis on promotional material production, distribution review, and resource development.

Responsibilities
Lead efforts in identifying and pursuing recent market opportunities.
Oversee the production and timely distribution of promotional materials.
Provide strategic insights to enhance promotional material review processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify growth trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute promotional strategies.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of promotional materials in meeting business objectives.
Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and clients using MS PowerPoint.




Use MS Excel for data analysis and report generation to support business development activities.
Draft and edit professional documents in MS Word.
Manage email communication and scheduling through Outlook-Emails.
Ensure all promotional activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices for promotional material production and review.

Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of business development experience, with a focus on promotional material production and distribution.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Experience in promotional material review and resource development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Experience with Outlook-Emails is a bonus.
