Solid knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes such as:
Laser cutting
CNC punching
Bending/forming
Welding
Grinding and finishing
Ability to read engineering drawings and fabrication blueprints.
Knowledge of quality tools and inspection methods.
Leadership and team management skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production planning.
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Supervise daily sheet metal production activities.
Plan and allocate manpower, machines, and materials.
Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Coordinate with planning, quality, maintenance, and stores departments.
Train and guide machine operators and production staff.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and company policies.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
