Plan and monitor daily production activities as per production targets.
Ensure production is completed as per quality and delivery requirements.
Monitor machine utilization, manpower, and production efficiency.
Analyze production problems and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning departments.
Ensure proper setup and operation of machines and production processes.
Reduce rejection, rework, downtime, and production losses.
Maintain production records, reports, and process documentation.
Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement activities.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company work instructions.
Monitor production process parameters and ensure process control.
Support current product development, process improvement, and line balancing.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
