This is a full time, in office role for a Client Servicing Executive qualified based in Coimbatore. A Client Servicing Executive acts as the main link between a company and its clients. They manage daily communication, share project updates, solve client problems, and work with internal teams to deliver successful events.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for all client questions, requests, and feedback.
Connect client needs with internal departments (like creative, tech, or sales) to get work done.
Handle complaints, fix issues quickly, and keep clients calm and satisfied.
Keep track of project steps, timelines, and budgets to make sure goals are met.
Look for chances to upsell extra products or services to build business value.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
