Key Responsibilities
Track key metrics (patient volume, satisfaction, revenue) and provide actionable insights to improve operations and support expansion.
Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints; build solid relationships with parents, vendors, and external partners.
Handle client calls and schedule consultations
Requirements
Any Bachelor’s degree
Immediate Joiner
1–3 years of experience in customer / client support
Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Telugu, English, Hindi
