Daily Operations and Patient Flow
Oversee daily hospital functions across the Outpatient Department (OPD), diagnostics, pharmacy, optical shop, and operation theaters (OT).
Monitor patient flow and reduce wait times to improve satisfaction.
Handle patient feedback, queries, and complaints swiftly.

Finance and Business Management
Manage revenue targets, billing accuracy, and profit-loss statements.
Prepare, implement, and track annual branch budgets.
Drive business growth through local marketing, community eye screening camps, and outreach.

Team Leadership and Coordination
Coordinate closely with doctors, surgeons, and optometrists for smooth clinical alignment.
Supervise, train, and review performance for both clinical and non-clinical support teams.
Foster a positive workplace culture and manage staff scheduling.

Quality and Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to hospital standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
Maintain facility hygiene, equipment upkeep, and medical record accuracy.
Comply with regional healthcare regulations and legal licensing requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
