Responsible for preparing of purchase and sales department documents.
Maintenance of quotations, contract, documents & correspondence of purchase and sales department
Conducting negotiations with vendors & assisting Sr. Manager in finalization of procurement
Assisting Sr. Manager purchase in finalization of annual rate, contracts, AMCS.
Document flow in clearance site of all sales and purchase related documents
Generation of Pos, work orders, AMCs, per forma invoices, invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans and agreements.
Interacting with vendors, supplier and clients.
Correspondence with vendor, supplier and clients.
