Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join our Thane office. The ideal candidate should be fluent in either Hindi or English, have a flair for sales, and be passionate about helping learners discover the right courses.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business prospects
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and social media
Present and promote Artfills online courses to potential learners
Achieve and exceed sales targets




Provide feedback to management to improve offerings and customer experience

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in both Hindi or English
Prior experience in sales or business development preferred
Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
