Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Ticketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in airline ticketing and reservations. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre GDS and be capable of handling domestic and international flight bookings efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle domestic and international flight reservations and ticketing.
Create, modify, reissue, and cancel airline tickets.
Manage bookings, fare rules, refunds, and schedule changes.
Use Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre GDS for reservations and ticketing.
Provide accurate travel options and fare quotations to customers.
Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams for booking-related queries.
Ensure timely follow-up and excellent customer service.




Maintain accurate booking records and documentation.

Requirements:
1–2 years of relevant experience in airline ticketing and reservations.
Hands-on knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre GDS.
Valuable understanding of airline fares, ticketing rules, reissues, cancellations, and refunds.
Robust communication and customer-handling skills.
Positive attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Prior experience in a travel agency or tour operator is preferred.

Education:
Graduate/Diploma in Travel & Tourism or a related field preferred
