Job Description – Senior Supervisor (Recruitment Consultancy)

Position: Senior Supervisor
Experience: 4–8 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹55,000 per month (Based on experience & interview)
Location: Pune

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients.
Assign job requirements to recruiters and monitor daily performance.
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
Maintain solid relationships with clients and ensure timely closures.
Prepare recruitment reports and track team productivity.
Train and guide junior recruiters to improve performance.

Eligibility:
Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.
4–8 years of experience in Recruitment Consultancy/Staffing.
Robust leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Good knowledge of job portals and MS Office.
