To support the day-to-day operations of the store by receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate records of materials, supplies, and inventory while ensuring proper stock availability for all departments.

Key Responsibilities
Receive materials, supplies, and consumables and verify quantity and condition against purchase orders/invoices.
Properly arrange and store items according to category, expiry date, and storage requirements.
Issue materials to departments based on approved requisitions.
Maintain accurate stock records for all incoming and outgoing materials.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the Store In-Charge when replenishment is required.
Follow FIFO/FEFO methods wherever applicable, especially for food, medical, and other expiry-sensitive items.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and maintained in a protected condition.
Check expiry dates and ensure expired or damaged items are identified and reported.
Prepare and maintain GRN, issue slips, stock registers, and other store-related documents.




Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, F&B;, Nursing, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments regarding material requirements.
Assist in loading, unloading, shifting, and proper placement of materials when required.
Ensure proper handling and storage of fragile, heavy, and sensitive materials.
Support periodic stock audits and provide required records to management.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and inventory control practices.
Perform any other store-related duties assigned by the Store In-Charge or management.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Plus Two / Diploma qualification.
0–2 years of experience in stores, inventory, warehouse, or a similar role preferred.
Experience in a hospital, hotel, senior living facility, or similar service organization will be an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge, particularly MS Excel and inventory/software systems.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
